About Laura McLaughlin

Born and raised in St. Louis, Laura has lived in the Boston area for 20 years and has extensive knowledge of greater Boston and the surrounding communities. A true house enthusiast and history buff, Laura’s passion for real estate stems from years of hands-on renovation projects with her father and weekends spent exploring historic house museums with her mother.

Prior to joining the Covelle & Company team at COMPASS, Laura had a successful legal career practicing at several large downtown law firms where she specialized in trusts & estates and nonprofit law. She is a graduate of Tufts University, Boston University, and Boston College Law School.

Her in-depth understanding of home history and architecture, combined with her legal acumen, make her an unparalleled asset during property transactions.
