Originally licensed in 2006, she reignited her career in 2023, fueled by her lifelong love for real estate trends and deep appreciation for New England communities.

Raised in New Hampshire’s scenic Lakes Region, Danica grew up in an entrepreneurial family, where she learned the value of hard work and dedication. She earned a BA in Communications from Colby-Sawyer College and later made Massachusetts her home, settling in Reading with her husband, Mark, their three daughters, and their beloved rescue dog.

Beyond real estate, Danica is deeply involved in her community—volunteering at her children’s schools, serving as the alumni news correspondent for Colby-Sawyer’s Class of 2001, and actively supporting The Child Rescue Coalition.
