Erica Covelle did an excellent job selling my parents' condo in Arlington, MA. Her interior design and real estate sales expertise combined to knock our sale out of the park. We connected with Erica when we were in the early stages of fixing the space up for sale, and she furnished a report specifying all of her recommended finishes. Our contractor was unexpectedly unable to finish the job due to family issues near the end of June. This meant that we were facing the prospect of waiting out the 4th of July doldrums, which would have meant increased carrying costs and a diminished summer audience. Erica stepped in, got a reasonable contractor to come in and finish the job on a weekend with short notice and coordinated with the stager and photographer right afterward. Her hands-on approach was huge for us here. We on the market the following weekend with a beautiful listing! Erica fielded multiple offers and accepted one within days for tens of thousands over asking price after negotiating away all contingencies! How can you get better than that? In the end, we felt that Erica's selections of finishes worked in concert with her staging crew to make all the difference between the average deal we expected when deciding to sell and the excellent deal we ended up with. Based on this experience, I'd definitely recommend Erica Covelle to anyone.
