As a seasoned realtor and designer, vision and collaboration with trusted counterparts lead to great success.  22 Stedman St is an excellent example, a single-family Victorian built-in 1890 last styled in the early 1990s and looked like a page taken out of a Domain Magazine Ad.  We took this beautiful piece of architecture and brought it to a trendy contemporary vibe we knew buyers would drool over while highlighting original details and maintaining authentic appeal.  We painted the entire interior, walls, and baseboards included,  painted the oak kitchen cabinets out white, changed countertops, hardware, updated all lighting fixtures, and staged this home to create a vibe we know would be saleable! 

 

The result was phenomenal; we sold this home in the middle of a cold winter in New England, and for over the asking price! The seller was thrilled and described our services as being the wedding planners of real estate! Every single person involved in this transaction felt that they won, the seller had a great experience with the listing agent (us), the buyer was thrilled to have found the perfect place to call home and both agents who conduct the transaction aided in a smooth transition for both parties making for one of the best sales to kick off 2020!
